E-glamour

I'm happy and extremely pissed off at the same time. Everything is fine with the perfume. Delivery time is also ok, especially since it's the pre-Christmas period now and I can turn a blind eye to some things. However, what I saw today when the courier brought me the parcel exceeded a certain limit. Well, the courier delivered me a completely loose box of perfume. I have no intention of investigating whether it was opened by an employee of the courier company or whether it fell apart during transport. The fact is that the box was not secured in any way with foil, stretch fabric or anything else for packaging. The shipping label was attached directly to the box, which clearly indicates that there was no protection. It's a bit bad when you order a bottle of perfume for 1000+. I also order perfumes from the competition and this is the first time I have encountered such poor packaging.

The quality of service is terrible. On Friday I received an e-mail that the parcel had been sent to me. Unfortunately, it has not yet been sent according to Poczta Polska's tracking. No one answers the hotline. The answering machine comes on, then someone hangs up and a busy signal appears. Edit: I finally managed to contact the store. The explanation was that the parcel was actually sent, but from... a warehouse in the Czech Republic to a warehouse in Poland. I will add that there was no information anywhere before that the parcel was not going to me. What's more, my delivery address was provided. After my intervention, I immediately received a new notification about the shipment of the parcel, which arrived at the parcel locker the next day.

I have been regularly shopping at E-Glamor in Galeria Dominikańska for several years, mainly from niche products (Amouage, Creed, Tom Ford, etc.). So far, no major reservations. About a month ago I bought Amouage Interlude eau de parfum for PLN 804 to give it to my father on his birthday. Today, my dad unpacked the gift... and we saw a 100ml Amouage bottle with a detached, characteristic company logo and a seriously damaged, profusely leaking diffuser, and as a result, the bottle was wet and half empty! I understand that your assortment is slightly cheaper and I can turn a blind eye to some "shortcomings" (e.g. slightly less professional store service). However, there are limits. It is scandalous that a customer who has trusted you for several years (who regularly recommends your company to his friends) receives physically damaged and defective goods. On top of that, I felt ashamed of myself in front of my father and the rest of my family. It is easy to lose the trust of a customer(s), but it is much more difficult to rebuild it and eliminate bad reputation. Unfortunately, this is my last purchase at E-Glamour.

I bought Tigi Dumb Blond shampoo 400 ml, which arrived expired, I checked the code at the bottom in programs used to check the expiration date, the shampoo arrived two weeks past its expiration date, because the production date is April 11, 2020 and the code is 0309BLA04, I called with a complaint, of course I have to send it back at my own expense, although the lady from the hotline did. She has already warned me that these programs on the Internet are not reliable, so they probably won't accept the complaint since they say so in advance, but I always check it and everything is fine. I also bought a second shampoo for damaged hair from them, also a Tiga one, and the quality is correct, the date is correct and it is not expired. The last one I make my purchases in this store and I refer the matter to the spokesman because they sell expired cosmetics. I do not recommend it!!!!!!
